KASBA
LAKE LODGE CAPACITY:
Kasba
Lake Lodge can accommodate up to 50 guests.
However, we usually keep the capacity to 36 guests.
As we are the only lodge on the lake so there is plenty of
room for everybody.
TRAVEL
LOGISTICS TO KASBA LAKE LODGE:
Our
direct charter to Kasba Lake Lodge departs every 4 days during the
season.
Our guests fly to Winnipeg the night before the scheduled
departure.
This enables our guests to clear customs and enjoy a
relaxing night in Winnipeg prior to departure.
Departure is early the next morning for Kasba Lake Lodge.
Transportation is provided from the recommended hotel to
the airport.
After a comfortable 2 ½ hour flight you arrive at the
lodge.
Our guests can be fishing by 11:00 a.m. the same morning.

ACCOMMODATIONS
AT KASBA LAKE LODGE:
Kasba
Lake Lodge offers 13 fully modern cabins for our guests.
All of our cabins offer indoor plumbing, showers (plenty of
hot water) and wall to wall carpet.
The cabins accommodate 2 to 6 guests.
The double cabins come with king size beds for those
couples that like to fish together.
The 6 person cabins all have two bathrooms and two
bedrooms.
A hot beverage is served with your wake-up call each
morning.
Breakfast is served in the main lodge before fishing starts
for the day.
The lodge also has a licensed lounge over-looking the lake
and a meeting room for corporate trips.
Shore
lunch will be prepared by your guide from fresh fish
you catch that morning.
Dinner is then served at 7:00 p.m. in the main lodge.
If you wish to fish late a hot meal will be available when
you arrive at the lodge.
MEALS
AT KASBA LAKE LODGE:
Meals
are served in the lodge’s dining room.
Breakfasts usually consist of either pancakes, omelets,
eggs, fresh muffins, hot & cold cereal, coffee, tea and fruit
drinks.
Dinners range from chicken, steak, roasts, pasta to turkey.
All dinners are served with your choice of 5 or 6 fresh
desserts.
The dinners also come with homemade soups and salad.
Kasba Lake Lodge has a chef and pastry chef on staff to
ensure delicious meals throughout your stay.
Lunch consists of fresh fish prepared by your guide on the
lake.
All of our guides take pride in the varied ways they can
prepare fish.
From the standard fried fish to baked, barbecued, spicy or
oriental each days highlight is the shore
lunch.
WEATHER
CONDITIONS AT KASBA LAKE LODGE:
Average
weekly temperatures usually vary between 45 – 70 degrees. The weather however can change quickly so it is advisable to
have layered clothing that can be taken off and put on as needed.
PACKING
FOR KASBA LAKE LODGE:
Upon
receipt of deposits you will receive recommended equipment and
clothing list.
If you do not have the proper equipment we can supply it
with advance notice at a rate of $25.00 U.S. per day.
KASBA
LAKE LODGE ITINERARY:
DAY
1:
Depart
Winnipeg, MB early in the morning for your comfortable charter
flight to
Kasba Lake Lodge.
You will arrive about 9:00 a.m. and after your luggage is
delivered to your cabin you can enjoy a continental breakfast in
the lodge before heading out on the lake.
After a full day of fishing you will arrive back at the
lodge for dinner and a relaxing drink in the lounge.
DAY
2:
Starts
with a wake-up call and a hot beverage delivered to your cabin.
Breakfast is served between 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. and your
guide is waiting at your boat by 8:00 a.m.
This day is spent fishing for the species of your choice in
our comfortable 18 ft. boats powered by new 40 h.p. 4 stroke
outboards.
Shore
lunch is served on the lake and dinner will be
awaiting you when you arrive back at the lodge.
Tonight is a good night to relax in the lounge to rest
those tired arms.
DAY
3 & 4:
Two
more full days of fishing and eating.
This also gives you a chance to try a flyout to one of our
unexplored lakes.
DAY
5:
Your gear needs to be packed and on your doorstep by 8:30 a.m.
After breakfast your gear will be loaded on the charter for
the 9:30 a.m. departure to Winnipeg and your flight home.
Most of our guests depart Kasba Lake
Lodge and arrive home the same day.
