Mid Week Fishing Report
The Xeruini group started with a promising 482 peacock bass count on the mid river camp, with the largest weighing 17lbs. The upper Xeruini group, had a better relationship between sizes and numbers and are picking on the challenge to get the trophy number to grow. No significant rain at the mid Xeruini and water levels have descended 2 inches.
2013 started at full steam. First lures in the Upper Itapara waters, water levels are out of the jungle and improving by the day, they had no significant rain this weekend. Excellent start for the group at our exclusive fishery at the Jufaris Fly-in floating cabins, 324 peacock bass landed and 16 trophies above 08 lbs. Water levels descending 1 inch these last two days and they had 1 rainy day, having challenging fishing conditions for a while that day. Upper Jufaris Fly-in floating cabins started the year with a 149 fish tally, no rain to report this weekend.
