A deposit of 50% of the rate is required at the time of booking to confirm your space.
RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 31' Bertram yacht with experienced captain & mate, first class fishing tackle, deluxe air-conditioned room with private bath and scenic view, full breakfast, boxed lunch, and four course dinner with complimentary wine, non-alcoholic beverages.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Airfare to Panama City, hotels and all expenses incurred in Panama City. Alcoholic beverages and drinks other then sodas, bottled water or ice tea will be charged to your room. A Panamanian room tax of $50.00 per room per week (or $25.00 pp double occupancy). Gratuities for your captain, mate(s), and dock masters. In addition, most people leave about $150.00 per person for our ten waiters and the chef, and a small gratuity to any of our staff that made your trip extra special.

The transfer fee of $500.00 per person payable to TROPIC EXPRESS is not included in the RATE and must be added to the package price. This will be billed separately via a Master Card or Visa. The Transfer fee includes round trip airfare from Panama City to the lodge, meet-and-greet and up to four transfers between the airport and hotel in Panama City.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments made on your trip are refundable for cancellations received, in writing, at least (91) days prior to your arrival date at TROPIC STAR LODGE, less an $800.00 per person cancellation fee, ($500.00 of which may be applied toward a future trip during the next consecutive fishing season). If you cancel your trip, for whatever reason, (90) days, or less, prior to your arrival date at TROPIC STAR LODGE, all payments made on your trip will be non-refundable. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE
